Grace Gospel Fellowship is seeking a dynamic and Christ-centered Youth Ministry Director to lead and grow our ministry to middle and high school students.

What You'll Do Lead and Grow the Youth Ministry
- Plan and oversee engaging weekly youth gatherings.
- Coordinate retreats, camps, mission opportunities, and special events throughout the year.
- Create meaningful opportunities to connect with students beyond church walls.
- Foster a welcoming environment where students feel known, valued, and encouraged.
Build Relationships That Matter
- Develop authentic connections with middle and high school students.
- Partner with parents, volunteers, and church leaders to support student growth.
- Establish relationships with local schools and maintain a positive presence within the community.
- Help students become active participants in the life of the church.
Develop and Empower Leaders
- Recruit, train, mentor, and support youth ministry volunteers.
- Build a team culture focused on discipleship, encouragement, and growth.
- Collaborate with children's and young adult ministries to create smooth transitions between life stages.
Provide Ministry Leadership
- Manage ministry budgets and resources responsibly.
- Ensure all events and activities follow church policies and child protection guidelines.
- Maintain registrations, permission forms, and ministry records.
- Work closely with church staff and ministry leaders to advance the mission of the church.

- 1–2 years of experience in youth, student, or high school ministry preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate volunteers.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
