Grace Centers of Hope is seeking a motivated, organized, and mission-minded Thrift Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our thrift store locations.

The Thrift Store Manager will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers and donors, leading and supporting store staff, managing daily sales and inventory, and helping ensure the store meets both its financial goals and the mission of Grace Centers of Hope.

They should be able to lead by example, provide excellent customer service, maintain an organized, clean store environment, and motivate the team to operate with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
