About the role
Grace Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our private duty home care team. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes — building meaningful relationships and helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.
Schedule & details
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-Call/Fill-In Schedule) 40 hours guaranteed weekly!
Private duty / in-home
One-on-one client care

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor and document client condition changes and report to Care Coordinator
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and laundry related to client care
Requirements
- Current, valid Oklahoma CNA certification (required)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Clean background check
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills and a patient, caring demeanor

Pay: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour
