You will assist clients with booking a wide range of travel vacations, business trips, cruises, resort stays, and more. Your goal is to provide expert guidance, secure the best options, and deliver a stress-free experience from start to finish.
Must be 18 years old or older
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service before, during, and after bookings.
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely manner.
- Help clients plan and customize their ideal trip.
- Keep accurate records and follow up with clients
- Work with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns with care and professionalism.
- Stay up to date on travel offers, products, and industry news.
- Build lasting relationships and exceed client expectations.
