Junior Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic plaintiffs’ litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact cases in a fast-paced environment while developing foundational litigation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys
- Draft, review, and cite-check legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Manage case files, maintain document organization, and track deadlines
- Coordinate and oversee document production, including e-discovery processes
- Conduct legal and factual research
- Communicate with clients, experts, and vendors as needed
- Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trial
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- 1–2 years of litigation support experience (internships or relevant coursework considered)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal research tools and e-discovery platforms is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment
