A prominent plaintiff’s law firm based in Bergen County is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Case Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and compassionate legal professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in plaintiff personal injury law. You will manage a full caseload under the supervision of attorneys, acting as the key point of contact for clients, providers, and insurers throughout the life of a case. Previous litigation and personal injury experience are required. Candidates without the required experience will not be considered.

- Handle all aspects of personal injury files from filing the complaint until conclusion of the case.
- Maintain frequent and compassionate communication with clients regarding case status, treatment progress, and legal steps.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement demands.
- Coordinate with medical providers to obtain and summarize records and bills.
- Prepare cases for arbitration, mediation, and trial as necessary.
- Track deadlines and manage attorney calendars to ensure timely filings and appearances.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law (required).
- Strong understanding of New Jersey tort law, court procedures, and e-filing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in legal case management software
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Treat others with respect and contribute to a positive team environment
- Knowledge of Trial pad and/or TrialWorks a plus
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and PDF conversion software. Excel and PowerPoint experience is necessary
- Knowledge of Local and State discovery rules
- Organization skills and attention to detail
