Position Overview
The Talent Partner plays a pivotal role in supporting organizational growth and elevating the overall employee experience. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment while also contributing to a variety of HR initiatives and operational processes. In collaboration with HR leadership, the Talent Partner ensures the seamless execution of talent programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about building strong relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and supporting onboarding through new-hire integration.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across digital platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
Candidate Experience & Relationship Management
- Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication, professionalism, and transparency throughout the hiring process.
ATS & Process Optimization
- Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate data, workflow efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with People Technology teams to identify and implement system enhancements.
Talent Brand Support
- Contribute to employer branding by supporting career-focused content, participating in recruiting events, and representing the organization externally.
Recruitment Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Human Resources
Talent & Workforce Support
- Partner with HR and Talent leaders on initiatives related to workforce planning, succession readiness, and organizational growth strategies.
- Support resource forecasting, headcount tracking, and proactive sourcing aligned to business needs.
Policy & Compliance
- Assist with the development, implementation, and refinement of HR policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
HR Programs & Initiatives
- Contribute to HR projects such as engagement surveys, training initiatives, data analysis, and continuous improvement efforts across the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate or high-growth environment.
- 1–2 years of generalist HR experience with broad exposure to HR programs and operations.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple functions.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- Solid understanding of employment law, compliance considerations, and HR best practices.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
