Job Summary
The Learning & Development Coordinator is a newly created role supporting the launch and growth of a new internal learning function. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Team Member Enrichment, this position will play a key role in organizing training initiatives, supporting program delivery, and ensuring a seamless experience for participants. This individual will help bring structure to learning programs while also contributing to the overall employee development strategy. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both coordination and contributing to impactful people-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of internal learning programs and development initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and events, including virtual and in-person components
- Prepare and manage learning materials, resources, and program documentation
- Maintain accurate records related to participation, feedback, and program effectiveness
- Assist with vendor coordination, budgeting support, and expense tracking
- Provide day-of support for sessions, including setup, troubleshooting, and participant engagement
- Contribute to project timelines and assist with ongoing program improvements
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination, events, training support, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a developing learning and development function
