We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate will develop a basic knowledge of granite, quartz, and other stone products to confidently assist customers and refer detailed questions to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers.
- Show customers around the showroom.
- Collect customer information.
- Schedule appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Process customer payments.
- Perform basic computer and data entry tasks.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Organized and dependable.
- Receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
Schedule
- Part-time position.
- Three weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
