Experienced Server - GPrime Steak & Cellar

GPrime Steak & Cellar is an upscale-casual dining establishment focused on providing each guest with a unique experience that will leave them wanting more. A passion for great food, drink, and hospitality is a must, as well as at least some prior, relevant restaurant experience. We are currently looking for an experienced server to join our team! Listed below are just some of the skills and traits we are looking for in new team members!

• Expertly versed in knowledge of all menus, included beer, wine, and liquor
• Skilled in executing all steps of service fluently as outlined in our Training Manuals
• Understanding of fine dining service and proper timing of plates to the table
• Perform all side work tasks assigned to you per shift, which will be outlined during training
• Responsibility in handling credit card and cash transactions through our POS
• Showcasing high levels of enthusiasm and positivity while on shift
• Professionalism when interacting with guests, including both while in the restaurant and when handling phone calls
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene; adhere to any COVID-related safety and cleaning procedures as outlined by management
• Commit to continuing education during your tenure with the restaurant
• Show up for all shifts on time and in a clean, pressed uniform
• Maintain a team mentality, knowing that we all must work together to create and maintain the highest quality service as possible
• Ability to step outside of position and take on other responsibilities as need to ensure a success service
• Genuine excitement to be a part of this amazing team and create wonderful experiences that will wow and bring guests back for more
