Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file workers' compensation pleadings, discovery, and related documents.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives.
- Track deadlines, hearings, and legal filings to ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and administrative tasks.
- Draft correspondence and maintain communication with clients regarding case updates.
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in workers' compensation law.
- Knowledge of Tennessee workers' compensation statutes, procedures, and court systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
