Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on a variety of materials, primarily structural steel and metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications
- Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and project deadlines
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and safe condition
- 3 years of welding and fabrication experience (structural or industrial preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Knowledge of shop tools, fabrication equipment, and safety procedures
- Welding certification is a plus but not required
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
