Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure goals are met
- Strengthen internal processes, workflows, and reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and their teams
- Partner with the executive team on business strategy and long-range planning
- Review financial performance and support budgeting and forecasting
- Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure policies, compliance, and company standards are upheld
- Support organizational growth, talent development, and succession planning
- Proven leadership experience at the Director or VP level
- Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build accountability
- Experience improving processes and driving measurable results
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Solid understanding of budgeting, metrics, and performance management
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced education is a plus
- High-impact leadership role with direct influence on company direction

Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
