The BIM Manager / VDC Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing BIM and VDC standards, managing project coordination efforts, and supporting project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain company BIM and VDC standards, workflows, and best practices
- Lead BIM execution planning and project-specific coordination strategies
- Manage model quality, consistency, and compliance across projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to digital construction technologies
- Experience managing BIM and VDC efforts for commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM technologies
- Strong understanding of design coordination, construction workflows, and project delivery processes
- Experience leading clash detection, model management, and coordination meetings
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with design teams, operations, field personnel, and executive leadership
