Background
- 5 years of experience as a trust and estate planning paralegal.
- Prepare probate filings including petitions for probate, inventories, and tax returns.
- Trust administration duties including expenses, distributions and filing returns.
- Ability to draft basic estate planning and trust-related documents.
- Bachelor's degree is required, Paralegal Certificate is a plus.
