Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on comprehensive estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, wealth-transfer strategies, and powers of attorney.
- Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage probate proceedings and trust administration from start to finish.
- Conduct client consultations, assess planning objectives, and develop effective long-term solutions.
- Work closely with families, fiduciaries, financial advisors, and firm partners to implement appropriate estate strategies.
- Maintain timely and clear communication with clients throughout the planning or administration process.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Idaho (or the ability to obtain reciprocity if eligible).
- Prior experience in trust & estates, probate, or elder law is strongly preferred.
- Strong drafting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
