What You'll Do
- Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Guide clients through probate and trust administration
- Advise individuals and families on estate and wealth preservation strategies
- Work alongside a collaborative team that values mentorship and professional growth
- 2-8 years of Trusts, Estates & Probate experience
- Licensed to practice in South Dakota (or ability to become licensed)
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- A team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
