- 2 to 5 years of transactional real estate experience (strong candidates slightly more junior will be considered)
- Experience across real estate transactions acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and related matters
- Active California bar license in good standing
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-service skills
- Irvine office
- In-office Tuesdays, with flexibility the rest of the week
- Very competitive salary, commensurate with experience - with room to go higher for the right candidate
