Transactional Associate Attorney

I am partnered with a MD/VA firm that is looking to add a Real Estate/Corporate Transactional Associate to their team. This position is with a boutique firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities in their transactional practice.

Background

• 1-4 years of experience with private commercial real estate and corporate experience
• Representing lenders in transactions and closings
• Title examinations and lien searches
• Strong academic background
• Admitted in MD - VA and/or DC are a plus
