- Manage field survey crews, providing leadership, training, and scheduling support
- Oversee surveying projects from initiation through completion, including client communication, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Contribute to business growth by fostering strong client relationships
- Licensed Land Surveyor in PA or OH or ability to obtain licensure
- Proven experience managing field survey crews
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination
