The Strongest Candidates Will Have
- Significant occupied hospital renovation experience
- Experience working around active patients, staff, and hospital operations
- Strong understanding of infection-control requirements and construction phasing
- Experience managing positive and negative air pressure
- RF shielding experience strongly preferred
- Ground-up healthcare experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple trades, subcontractors, schedules, quality, and safety
