This role is responsible for driving day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in line with quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong field experience and the ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion
- Manage field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications
- Develop and maintain short-term schedules and lookahead plans
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to keep projects on track
- Monitor productivity, identify issues, and implement solutions in real time
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
- Conduct daily reports, site meetings, and progress updates
- Maintain quality control and ensure work meets project requirements
- 5-10 years of field experience in heavy civil construction, with exposure to WWTP or water/wastewater projects
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors on complex infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Experience with concrete, earthwork, utilities, and structural components typical of civil/WWTP work
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
