Responsibilities
- Oversee custom home construction from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
- Manage schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety
- Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and the project team
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- 3 years of residential construction experience
- Custom or luxury home experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects moving
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
