Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities and field personnel
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and sequencing
- Maintain project schedule and daily progress tracking
- Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance
- Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership teams
- Solve field issues quickly to avoid delays or cost impacts
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field REQUIRED or strongly preferred
- 5-15 years of superintendent experience in commercial or luxury residential construction
- Strong understanding of field operations, sequencing, and trades coordination
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-trade job sites
- Strong leadership and communication skills
