What You'll Handle
- Lead complex litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle
- Develop and execute strategic case plans
- Take and defend depositions, manage court appearances, and prepare witnesses
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and trial-related filings
- Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
- Work directly with clients while collaborating with a strong litigation team
- 10-15 years of civil litigation experience
- Significant trial experience, with first-chair jury trial exposure preferred
- Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing cases independently
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- Competitive compensation ranging from $160,000-$240,000 DOE
- Quarterly performance bonuses
