Responsibilities
- Manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial and resolution
- Develop and execute litigation and trial strategy
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial documents
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and litigation teams
- Lead settlement negotiations and trial preparation
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 10-15 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong trial background, including first-chair experience preferred
- Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, or business litigation preferred
- Excellent writing, advocacy, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
