Responsibilities

• Lead roadway design projects (highways, interstates, urban streets, interchanges)
• Develop and review geometric designs using Civil 3D, MicroStation, etc.
• Ensure compliance with AASHTO and DOT/INDOT standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients
• Prepare plans, specs, cost estimates, and reports
• Mentor junior staff
  
  

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of roadway/transportation design experience
• Licensed PE
• Experience with Design-Build or P3 (preferred)
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
