We are seeking a driven Senior Project Engineer to support project teams and take on increased responsibility in project financials and overall project execution. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience who is ready to step beyond a PE role and play a key part in managing budgets, cost tracking, and project performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project financials, including budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Support Project Managers in day-to-day project execution
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Assist with scheduling and ensure project milestones are met
- Participate in buyout, procurement, and contract administration
- Help maintain project quality and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- 3-4 years of experience in construction (Project Engineer or similar role)
- Experience with multifamily construction projects strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of project financials, job costing, and budgeting
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) preferred
- Competitive compensation (up to $100K DOE) bonus
- Clear path for growth into Project Manager
- Exposure to large-scale multifamily projects
