PROJECT MANAGER ROLE: Highly regarded Steel Erector in the area is looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects up to 25K tons. PM will be responsible for expediting projects, managing logistics, coordinating inspections, & overseeing timelines to ensure a scheduled delivery and that top quality standards are met. Must have strong communication skills and be highly focused on teamwork & collaboration. Will be coordinating and overseeing all the different departments throughout the project life cycle.
The Company: Long-standing Steel Erector in the tristate area behind some of the most recognizable projects across the Philadelphia, NY, & NJ skylines with well known stadium, high-rise, and hospital builds all in their recent achieve. Project Manager Skills And Requirements
- 3 years of Project Management experience specifically with Structural Steel Erection
- Background in Engineering
- Working knowledge of Structural Steel Erection processes and procedures
- Ability to accurately interpret sketches & blueprints; including design, construction, architectural & subcontractor drawings
- Ability to perform work accurately, completely, & in a timely manner
- Preferrably experience with Larger Projects (stadiums, high-rise, universities)
- Landmark, high-visibility projects
- Strong, consistent backlog of work
- Competitive compensation stability
- Well-respected name in the industry
