What We Need
- Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses, including experts
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys
- Maintain client relationships and provide strategic guidance
- Active Texas law license
- 8 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong drafting and motion practice skills
- Experience with insurance coverage disputes strongly preferred
- Trial experience preferred
- Solid understanding of financial and business-entity issues
- Ability to manage a demanding docket independently
