This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with national and regional retailers and distributors within the Pet Specialty channel. You will drive distribution, sales growth, and long-term partnerships while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to execute business strategy.
This is a high-impact,in-office role in Scottsdale, AZ (NO REMOTE OR HYBRID OPPORTUNITY) with direct visibility to leadership and influence on account strategy and market expansion.

This role offers a base salary of $90K-$110K, depending on experience.

Background & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in CPG sales, pet industry sales, or related categories - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred - Experience managing national accounts, regional retailers, and/or distributors - Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, trends, and forecasts - Experience leading customer business reviews and presentations - Proven ability to drive growth through promotions, pricing, and strategic planning - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Highly organized with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to travel as needed and work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
