Responsibilities
- Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle wage & hour and other complex employment-related disputes
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Advise clients regarding litigation strategy and case developments
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff on active matters
- 8 years of employment litigation experience
- Active California Bar license required and in good standing
- Strong wage & hour litigation experience preferred
- Ability to independently manage litigation matters and client relationships
- Strong writing, deposition, and case strategy skills
- Defense-side experience preferred, though qualified plaintiff-side attorneys are encouraged to apply

Salary : $225,000 - $275,000
