Position Overview
- Lead land development projects from concept through completion- Manage budgets, schedules, project scopes, and resource allocation- Serve as the primary client contact and trusted project advisor- Oversee proposals, contracts, and financial performance- Coordinate with civil, surveying, planning, and environmental teams- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff- Ensure quality control, compliance, and project excellence- Support business development and growth initiatives
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required- 5-10 years of land development or civil engineering experience- Proven project management and client leadership experience- Expertise in site design, grading, drainage, and utilities- Strong budgeting, proposal, and financial management skills- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
