Sales Manager / Business Development - Precast Concrete
Seeking a driven
sales professional with a strong precast concrete background
and a true hunter mentality to grow new business and expand market presence.
What This Role Does
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new precast concrete business
- Develop relationships with contractors, engineers, developers, and owners
- Drive sales from first contact through contract award
- Stay active in the market, uncovering opportunities before they hit the street
- Work closely with estimating, engineering, and production teams to win work
- Track pipeline activity and consistently hit or exceed sales targets
What They're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in precast concrete - experience in this industry is a must to be considered
- Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new accounts
- Strong understanding of precast products, applications, and project cycles
- Ability to build relationships quickly and sell at a technical level
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and follow-through
