What You'll Actually Do

You'll own the Iowa territory and be responsible for:

• Running active industrial/construction projects from start to finish
• Leading field crews and subcontractors in multiple locations
• Building strong client relationships and winning repeat work
• Identifying and driving new business opportunities
• Being the face of the company in the field and with customers
• Helping scale a growing Midwest operation
  
  

This is a hybrid of Project Manager Business Development Field Leader.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

You Will Be Mobile Across Three Key Iowa Markets

• Eddyville (primary focus - 2-3 days/week)
• Cedar Rapids (1-2 days/week)
• Des Moines (1-2 days/week)

• Industrial construction PMs
