Sales Director Duties and Responsibilities
- Recruit and Develop team of Sales Reps and Account Managers
- Create and track KPIs to build a culture of accountability through 1 on 1s and sales team meetings
- Identify and prioritize new markets and opportunities
- Oversee Marketing Manager to ensure outreach is consistent
- Partner with operations and estimating teams to ensure smooth transitions and execution across all departments
- Passional leader with ability to build teams
- Strategic thinker able hit long and short-term goals
- Team player that coordinates with multiple departments to reach higher level goals
- Experience in sales and building teams in roofing or similar construction related industry
- 10-15 years of sales leadership experience
- Above market base salary with aggressive commission/incentive plan
