- Business development experience in commercial restoration.
- Established book of business.
- Existing relationships within the hospitality and multifamily sector.
- Proven success securing hospitals, hotels, multifamily, and other large commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of mitigation, restoration, reconstruction, and large-loss sales cycles.
- Experience managing high-value, complex project opportunities.
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow a territory independently.
- Located in or open to relocating to Middle Tennessee or DFW area.
- Willingness to travel nationally.
- National restoration and reconstruction company serving the U.S., Hawaii, and Canada.
- $40M annual office revenue with aggressive growth plans.
- Experienced ownership with deep industry expertise.
- Specializes in complex commercial and disaster recovery projects.
- Largest completed projects exceed $36M.
- Collaborative sales process with executive involvement.
- Strong reputation for estimating accuracy and transparency.
- Commission: Approximately 2% of generated revenue
- Total compensation: $150K-$200K
