Residential Roof Production Manager Duties
- Manage operations team of residential roofing
- Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.
- Demonstrating solid business acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.
- Drive production growth through consistent daily effort.
- 2 years of roofing management experience
- Experience with Residential and Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
- Must be able to manage roofing projects from start to finish, without supervision
- Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
- Full health benefits, 401K
- Base salary between $80k-$90k aggressive commission designed to have this individual make over $120k
