What You'll Do
- Handle commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Manage business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in disputes involving contracts, partnerships, and real estate matters
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Work directly with clients, providing strategic legal guidance
- 3 years of experience in real estate law and/or commercial litigation
- Experience with real estate transactions (acquisitions, leasing, financing)
- Strong writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage cases and transactions independently
- Licensed and in good standing (or ability to waive in)
- Diverse practice - not siloed into just litigation or just transactional work
