The Project Manager will take ownership of projects from preconstruction through final closeout while coordinating with owners, engineers, municipalities, field leadership, subcontractors, and suppliers.
What You'll Manage
- Water and wastewater infrastructure projects from preconstruction through completion
- Project budgets, schedules, forecasts, job costs, and overall financial performance
- RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, pay applications, and project documentation
- Coordination with owners, engineers, municipalities, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Material procurement, equipment needs, deliveries, and project logistics
- Progress meetings, client communication, project reporting, and risk management
- Safety, quality, production, and regulatory compliance
- Work involving treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, process piping, concrete structures, and underground utilities
- 5 years of construction experience, preferably within water, wastewater, or heavy civil infrastructure
- Proven project management experience on treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, underground utilities, or similar municipal projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, cost controls, and field operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A successful track record of completing projects safely, on schedule, and profitably
