What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Lead project teams, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to drive project success.
- Handle risk management, quality control, and compliance with industry standards.
- Leverage your experience with complex projects to solve challenges proactively.
- 5 years of commercial construction project management experience, ideally with large-scale projects.
- Proven track record in medical, education, aviation, tech, or office buildings construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- College Degree
- ESOP Contribution: 10%
