Duties Include
- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee structural concrete and steel erection scopes, schedules, budgets, and coordination
- Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, change orders, and overall project execution
- Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Identify and resolve project challenges while keeping jobs on schedule and within budget
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners
- Proven Project Management experience in commercial construction
- Strong experience with structural concrete and steel erection construction projects
- Solid understanding of the construction process from preconstruction through closeout
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholders
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who takes ownership, works well with field teams, and takes pride in delivering quality projects
