Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple asphalt paving projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Coordinate with owners, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal field teams
- Ensure compliance with DOT and MHA specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution
- Track production, quantities, and job costs; identify and mitigate risks
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Support estimating, change orders, and project documentation
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing asphalt paving projects
- Direct experience with DOT and/or Maryland Highway Administration (MHA) projects required
- Strong understanding of roadway construction, paving operations, and materials
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and field operations
- Proficient in project management software and construction documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple crews and high-production paving operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with Maryland public sector contracting processes (preferred)

Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
