Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through completion
- Manage scopes, budgets, timelines, and installation activities
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams
- Support equipment selection, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Drive process improvements focused on efficiency and waste reduction
- Ensure OSHA, FDA, and environmental compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of manufacturing/project engineering experience
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a hands-on plant environment
