Project Architect Requirements
- 5-12 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Experience in relative project types prefered but not required.
- A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Strong design, technical, code, and detailing skills.
- Experience leading a project team and client presentations.
- Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
- Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
- Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engaging with owners.
- Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
- Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material, etc.
- Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
- Professional client development skills.
- Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
