Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee survey projects from planning through completion
- Manage and mentor project and field crews to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Prepare and review survey drawings, maps, and legal descriptions
- Perform calculations, coordinate field data collection, and interpret survey results
- Collaborate with engineering teams and clients on project deliverables
- Ensure compliance with PennDOT standards and other applicable regulations
- Active Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
- Management experience leading survey projects and/or crews
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and drafting best practices
- Experience with PennDOT, oil & gas, and civil survey projects strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
