Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of 5-6 processing employees
- Oversee daily production and processing operations
- Ensure processing equipment is operating efficiently and coordinate preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and work closely with maintenance as needed
- Monitor production goals, quality, safety, and operational performance
- Drive continuous improvement while minimizing downtime
- Previous supervisory experience in food, agricultural, egg, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance and production operations
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop employees
