What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive support on probate administration and probate litigation matters
- Assist with drafting and filing pleadings, motions, petitions, notices, and discovery
- Prepare probate filings, coordinate with courts, and track statutory deadlines
- Manage case calendars, organize files, and maintain litigation deadlines
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and court logistics
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, experts, and opposing counsel
- Assist attorneys with trial and evidentiary hearing preparation as needed
- Prior experience in probate and/or civil litigation
- Strong knowledge of Florida probate procedures and civil court filing requirements
- Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple attorneys
- Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence
- Established, well-regarded Broward firm
