Our client is seeking a Probate and Wealth Planning Associate with 5 years of experience to join its established Ventura County practice. This is a long-term opportunity to grow into an established practice.
What You'll Do
- Advise clients on estate planning, trusts, trust administration, and family wealth planning
- Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents
- Handle probate and trust administration matters
- Support corporate and transactional work, including LLCs, contracts, real estate, and general counsel matters
- Build lasting client relationships
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
- 5 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, and trust administration
- Strong Ventura County roots and local connections (required)
- Strong interpersonal and client-service skills
- Tax LL.M. is a plus but not required
- Base salary of $190,000 to $250,000 , commensurate with experience
