Plant Manager

Gpac just partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking an Operations Manage/Plant Manager. Direct hire. Compensation is based on experience.

The Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production, quality, safety, and efficiency goals are achieved. This role leads production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and works cross-functionally to optimize plant performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and meet production schedules.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production employees.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and operational KPIs.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve operations.
• Manage labor, equipment, and resources for maximum efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience with production planning, ERP systems, and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
